All yarn prices are per ball. For any assistance with quantities or colours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have a query, unsure of products, or you are after something not listed on our website, please contact us by phone or email.
Yarns - make your choice via the brands or via your choice of ply, colour, etc. You can then add your quantity once you click on an item. You can add any special requirements via the comments box at checkout. Please email if you have any particular queries.
Our site is completely secure and you can purchase with confidence.

Once we have received your order, we will notify you to let you know it has been received. We endeavour to send out all orders within 1 day of receipt but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We will notify you if there is going to be a delay on your order.
We use Australia Post rates for all our online purchases. A flat rate of $10 is charged. If you would prefer to use Australia Post Express post service please contact the shop to arrange it on (03) 5231 3652.
We send all Australian orders by Australia Post ordinary post.
Australia Post advises that their standard delivery is 5 days. However, orders are often received the next business day or two after we have posted it (and sometimes a little longer in regional locations).
Australia Post can occasionally experience delays for a range of reasons, so we suggest you allow up to 7 business days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us.
International postage is calculated according to Aust post rates for overseas.
Please choose carefully when you buy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of its arrival. You are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the products you purchased are:
Faulty/ Significantly different to those shown or described to you /Not doing what they're supposed to do/
If the yarn is damaged or incorrect, we would like to replace it. Yarn must be returned in new, saleable condition. If you have purchased faulty goods please contact us on email@example.com to arrange the return of the faulty items. Once we have received the faulty item we will contact you to arrange store credit or exchange.
We do not accept returns on patterns, needles or books.
